Am I the coach you are looking for? GREAT! Then we first start with a thorough questionnaire to see what your current fitness level is and what your goals are.

Progression

Every 2 weeks you will receive your personal training schedule from me. We discuss together what the past few weeks have been like and whether any adjustments are needed.

Once you have started and follow the schedule consistently you will notice progress quickly. Currently there are no events, but temporary goals keep you motivated.
