Am I the coach you are looking for? GREAT! Then we first start with a thorough questionnaire to see what your current fitness level is and what your goals are.
Progression
Every 2 weeks you will receive your personal training schedule from me. We discuss together what the past few weeks have been like and whether any adjustments are needed.
Progression
Once you have started and follow the schedule consistently you will notice progress quickly. Through the preparation for competitions you will stay motivated, although this is up to you. The most important thing is to enjoy running.
